赛事介绍/Introduction

  由四姑娘山景区管理局主办、成都深旅户外运动有限公司、北京赛诺国际文化传播有限公司承办的第一届环四姑娘山超级越野跑(Ultra Tour Mt Siguniang,简称UTMS),将于2015年11月4日~11月8日在中国四川阿坝州小金县四姑娘山镇的四姑娘山景区内举办。
  四姑娘山景区是国内少有的高海拔多地貌自然风景区,拥有雪山、岩石、草甸、湖泊、森林等多种适合开展户外运动的地形地貌,是国内知名的户外运动天堂,也是开展越野跑运动的理想场地。由于风光地貌与阿尔卑斯山脉极其相似,四姑娘山被誉为东方阿尔卑斯。海拔6250米的四姑娘山幺妹峰被称为“蜀山之后”。
In this homepage, the beautiful nature of Four Girls Mountains which is UNESCO World Natural Heritage had been introduced. Most people do not realize the beauty yet. Four Girls Mountains is a landform with glacial origin. The steep and complex landform is produced by glacier. Many Tibetans live in this area from more than 1000 years before. The main living basis is pasturage and agriculture. The harmonization of Tibetan's life style and this landform formed beautiful nature.
Siguniangshan (Four Girls Mountains by English) town, Xiaojin County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China. Around 31 degrees of north latitude, 103 degrees of east longitude. It is take 3 hours by range airplane from Shanghai to Chengdu of Sichuan Province. And 5.5 hours by public bus from Chengdu to Siguniangshan Town (via Wolong). If use a small car, it is take 4.5 hours.
Lake Valley, Long Terrace Valley, Shuangqiaogou valley and Mount Balang. The above sea level varies from 3000m to 6250m. The total area is 1375square km (The total area of scenic area is 450 square km). This place abuts to the western border of Wolong Nature Reserve where is famous as the giantpanda. Four Girls Mountains was registered as UNESCO World Natural Heritage for a habitat of the giant panda in 2006 with Wolong。
At present, a big hanging glacier and an ice floor are left. There are a lot of rock peak and lakes and marshes. This area is in the east part on the Trans Himalayas which is called the treasury of the gene, and can observe various plants. In summer, a lot of alpine plants make a beautiful flower bloom. There is a lot of medicinal herb, too. And a lot of animals live in.

报名资格/Requirements

  主办机构规定参赛者必须曾经至少42公里以上越野跑赛事才能参赛。本次活动在高海拔野外地区进行,赛道海拔介于3200-5038米之间,存在较高风险。参赛者应有一定经验、高山知识、技术和训练水平。比赛赛道难度颇高,赛道海拔较高,路段位置偏僻,一旦发生事故,救援人员可能需要较长时间才能到达现场。部分赛道有冰雪覆盖。参赛者必须有能力应付恶劣天气,包括强风、低温和降雨。参赛者必须具备良好健康状况,没有任何病患,以致影响完成赛事的能力。参赛者在比赛期间,应留意自己的身体状况,若身体状态不宜继续,则应退出比赛。

  报名跑者需要同时满足以下四个条件:2013-2015年参加过正式的42公里(含)以上越野活动并完赛;比赛举办期间年龄在18—55周岁;身体健康,无不适合运动及高海拔活动的疾病,报名者需提供组委会认可的体检证明;60公里组别除满足以上条件以外,还需满足以下条件:参加2014年云端的约会-四姑娘山高山马拉松并完赛,或者在2014~2015年度完成过至少3个100公里以上越野跑赛事并在规定时间内完赛。

报名费用:

60公里超级越野跑:报名费用1080元,限额50名;

42公里山地马拉松:报名费用880元,限额200名;

50公里双人徒步赛:双人报名费用1360元,限额100组。

取消和转让参赛名额:

参加者于2015年9月15日之前退出比赛将会获得退还报名费的百分之五十。2015年9月15日之后退出将不会获得退还报名费。

参赛名额不可转让。如参赛者容许他人用其参赛号码布,此参赛者及代跑人将会被取消参赛资格及永久不容许参加将来赛事。

Requirements

There is requirement to have completed 42km particular event in order to participate in the UTMS. You must know need to be an experienced trail runner and must be sufficiently skilled and trained to undertake the event. The course is very high and tough with remote sections that can result in slower first aid / rescue response times. There are some very steep sections and ice snow are rough under foot. You must also have the ability to deal with difficult climatic conditions, including strong winds, low temperatures and heavy rainfall. Ensure that you are in good health and that you do not have any illness that will hinder your ability to complete the event.It is your responsibility to monitor your health and condition during the event and to withdraw from the event if you are no longer fit enough to continue.

The athletes must understand which are their technical capacities and experience to take part on a more or less technical race. And to train and improve this capacities on training before taking part on a more technical race (without counting the distance and elevation facts).

Mountain knowledges are not just about the altitude: High mountain (glacier) can

be at 1000m on Scandinavia, 3500m on the alps or 5000m on Himalayas or US.Trail running is a mountain sport, Altitude should be considered starting from the classification proposed by Bartsch and accepted by the UIAA:AMS: Acute Mountain Sickness Acute mountain sickness can progress to high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) or high altitude cerebral edema (HACE), which are potentially fatal.

Also in high altitude the recovery time it decreases, the decisions taken is less lucid and we have less precision on the movements.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old on the event day, i.e. 4 NOV 2015.

Cancellation AND Transfer

50% of the entry fee will be refunded for cancellation before 15 Sep 2015.  No refund will be made for any cancellation on or after 15 Sep 2015.Places are not transferable.  If a participant allows somebody else to use his or her race bib, such participant and the person to whom the race bib has been transferred will be disqualified and not allowed entry into future editions of the event.


赛事规则/RULES

1.参赛者必须自力走或跑毕全程。

2.参赛者在物资方面除赛事所供应的以外应大致自给自足,于比赛期间必须全时间携带所有赛事所指定的必备物品。

3.参赛者只可在检查站接受自行安排的支援队的协助。除非遭遇紧急情况,否则在检查站以外的其他地点,一律不得提供支援。

4.严禁陪跑员或支援跑手陪跑。为避免误会,于比赛路段期间不准许有任何非参赛者陪伴参赛者。

5.检查站提供的食物饮料,只供参赛者享用。

6.参赛编号必须置于赛衣前方,于任何时间均清晰可见。

7.参赛者退出比赛,均必须通知最近检查站的负责人员及签署退出表格(除非于比赛途中的医疗人员协助)。

8.参赛者在比赛途中需要救护协助,应拨电号码布上电话号码,与主办机构联络,主办机构人员即会尽力搜寻参赛者。

9.参赛者应紧随标示赛道前进,严禁另走捷径,参赛者若被发现违规,将被取消资格。

10.比赛期间,参赛者必须全时间携带各项指定装备,主办机构可能会随机进行装备检查。装备不全的参赛者,可能会受到额外计时以至取消资格等处分,视乎违规严重程度而定。

11.参赛者必须于所有时间遵行检查站负责人员及赛道纠察的方向指示。若参赛者于检查站关闭时间前仍未到达,必须根据指示退出比赛。

12.参赛者不得在沿途乱扔垃圾。

13.参赛者不得破坏或骚扰任何植物或动物。

14.参赛者不得服食禁药或违规药物。

15.参赛者须对其支援人员的行为负责。参赛者支援人员必须遵从主办机构职员和负责人员的一切指示。支援人员如有违规或作出不当行为,参赛者可能会被处分或取消参赛资格。

16.支援人员必须遵守所有检查站职员的指示,譬如按职员要求在检查站区域腾出空间。主办机构对支援人员的安全或行踪概不负责。  

17.违反以上规则者可能会招致额外计时或取消参赛资格等处分,是否处分、如何处分由主办机构全权决定,不设上诉。  

18.参赛者应为自己和他人的安全着想,无论任何时候应顾及路径的其他使用者。如遇其他参赛者受伤或不适,应加以援手。参赛者为协助受伤或不适的其他选手而耽误的时间,将在其完成时间中扣除。 

19.UTMS赛事主办方已购置公众责任保险,但并不包括个人意外保险。主办机构建议参赛者自行投购个人意外保险。

20.主办机构保留酌情修改比赛规则、路线及/或其他安排的权利。

处罚

违反任何一项比赛规则有可能会受到计时处分或被取消参赛资格,取决于其严重性。

任何处罚或取消资格均由赛事作最终决定。

以下是一些违反类别:

·没有携带指定装备中的任何一项

·走捷径及/或不根据赛事比赛路线比赛

·参赛者及/或其支援人员乱抛垃圾

·在检查站外接受支援

·于赛道预先隐藏然后利用各类物资(包括食物、饮料及其他辅助工具)

·非参赛者陪跑

·乘坐交通工具

·他人代跑

·阻碍及/或导致其他参赛者受伤

·服食禁药

·更改或破坏比赛路线指示牌

·破坏或骚扰任何植物或动物

·不展示号码布

·检查站关闭后仍继续比赛

·不遵守赛事、纠察及应付紧急事故工作人员及/或义工的指示

·辱骂赛事、纠察、应付紧急事故工作人员及/或义工,以及其他行山人仕

·将号码布给予其他人使用

·使用他人的号码布

保险

UTMS赛事主办方已有公众责任保险。这并不包括参赛者的个人意外保险。大会建议参赛者购买个人意外保险。

投诉

所有关于行为不检或违反比赛规则的投诉必须以文字形式交给赛事总监,并且于该参赛者到达终点后的两小时内。由赛事总监所作出的任何裁决将会是最终决定及不可上诉。

取消赛事

根据以下原因,赛事有权保留取消或缩短赛事的权力,包括不利的天气情况、山泥倾泻、大量落石及比赛路线发生山火、抗议示威或路线被封闭、不可抗力,即发生超出主办单位所能控制的事件和令举办比赛成为不可能,不安全或不切实际的情况。不可抗力事件包括但不限于天灾、战争、疾病的爆发以及恐怖主义行为和威胁。若此等情况发生,赛事将不会退回费用。

奖项

各组别均设男女前三名,除奖杯外发放相应奖品。

所有完成参赛者均获赠奖杯和完赛纪念服一件。

赛事指定装备  

赛事进行期间,各参赛者必须携备下列物品:

·移动电话

·头灯或电筒(含备用电池)

·哨子

·保暖层服装,上衣材料为羊毛或抓绒(最小重量120克),长裤

·紧急用太空毯或相类似保暖毯(最小尺寸130厘米x200厘米)

·容量不少于1.5公升的水袋或水壶

·2条能量棒或备用食品

·密封袋(放置个人废物)

·号码布

·折叠杯-赛事不提供即弃纸杯,请携带折叠杯以便在检查站享用各类饮品。

·防晒油

·太阳眼镜

·运动帽或太阳帽

·替换袜子

·替换衣物

·备用头灯或电筒 (附电池)

·备用电池

·设备较齐全的救护包(消毒纱布、包扎带、水泡贴 、消毒纸巾、止痛药等、以及任何适当的个人药品)

RULES

1.Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.

2.Participants are required to be semi self-sufficient. You must have your mandatory equipment with you at all times during the race.

3.Outside assistance is only permitted at the checkpoints.  Support crews are only permitted at the checkpoints. Support outside the checkpoints is not allowed, except in an emergency.

4.Pacers and support runners are strictly prohibited.  For the avoidance of doubt, participants are not allowed to be accompanied along the course by anybody who has not entered into the event.

5.Refreshments at the checkpoints are reserved for runners only.

6.Race numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front).

7.If you withdraw from the event, you must inform event officials and sign the withdrawal form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by first aid crews).

8.If you need first aid help on the course you must use safe gear to contact event organisers who will make every effort to retrieve you.  

9.Stay on the marked course.  Short cuts are strictly prohibited.

10.You must carry the mandatory gear at all times during the event.  Random gear checks may be performed during the event.  Any participant without the mandatory gear will incur a penalty ranging from a time penalty to disqualification based on the severity of the breach. 

11.You must obey directions of checkpoint staff and course marshals at all times.  If you miss any cut-off times you must withdraw from the race as instructed.

12.Littering is strictly prohibited.  

13.Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna is strictly prohibited.

14.Doping and the use of prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited.

15.The participant is responsible for the actions of their support crew.  Support crews must comply with all instructions from event staff and officials.  The participant may be penalised or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by their support crew. 

16.Support crews must follow the instructions of all checkpoint staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area.  The event organisers are not responsible for the safety or whereabouts of support crew. 

17.Breaking any of the rules may incur a time penalty or disqualification.  Any such penalties are at the organisers’ discretion and are final.

18.Ensure your own safety and that of others.Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times. If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist.  The race organiser will gladly deduct from your finishing time any time spent assisting an injured or distressed fellow participant.

19.UTMS organizers has its own public liability insurance.  This does not include personal accident of participants.  We recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.

20.The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

PENALTIES 

Breaking any of the rules and requirements of the event may incur a time penalty or disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

Any such penalty or disqualification are at the organiser’s discretion and are final.

The following are some types of breaches to highlight:

·Not carrying any of the mandatory gear

·Taking shortcuts and / or not following the official course

·Littering by participant and / or support crew

·Receiving support outside checkpoints

·Using supplies (food, water and equipment) stashed away along the course

·Running with people not registered in the event

·Taking transport

·Using substitute runners

·Deliberately obstructing and/or causing injury to other participants

·Doping and the use of prohibited drugs

·Altering, damaging and/or otherwise tempering with course markings

·Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna along the course

·Not wearing a race bib

·Continuing after cut-off times

·Not following instructions given by race officials, marshals and emergency attendants and/or volunteers

·Being abusive to race officials, marshals, emergency attendants, other trail users and/or volunteers

·Allowing somebody else to use his / her race bib

·Using a race bib of somebody else

INSURANCE

UTMS organizers has its own public liability insurance.This does not include personal accident of participants.  We recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints of misconduct or breach of rules must be made in writing and received by the Race Director within 2 hours of the arrival of the participant concerned.  Any ruling made by the Race Director will be final and without appeal.

EVENT CANCELLATION

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons:adverse weather conditions,landslides, rockfalls or hill fires along the course,protests or blockage along the course,force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event. A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, acts or threats of terrorism.In such event no refund of the registration fee will be provided.

·Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each of the male and female category

·A unique souvenir trophy and Wind jacket will be awarded to all finishers.

GEAR

Mandatory gear

Each participant will need to carry with them at all times the following items:

·A mobile phone

·A headlamp/torch (with batteries)

·A whistle 

·Warm fleece or warm long sleeve shirt. Cotton shirts are not allowed. (minimum 150g)

·An emergency space blanket or equivalent 

·Capacity to carry at least 1.5 litres of water (water bladder or water bottles) 

·2 energy bars / food portions 

·A ziploc bag for your personal rubbish

·Race bib

·Some cash

·Cup - We will not be providing disposable cups at the checkpoints.  Please bring along your own cup in order to enjoy the different kinds of beverages offered.

There will be random gear checks during the event and if you are missing any item you will incur a penalty which may range from a time penalty to disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

2015年8月5日公布参赛选手名单。

2015年11月4日至5日,每日上午11:00至晚上8:00比赛物资(包括号码布及终点行李寄存袋一个)可在以上期间于四姑娘山嘉绒酒店报到处领取。请携带报名确认函或身份证/护照领取。如果是其他人代领,代领者需出示确认函或身份证/护照副本。

2015年11月4日,60公里组选手报到领取号码检查装备,海拔适应,住四姑娘山嘉绒宾馆。

2015年11月5日,42公里和50公里组选手报到,报到地点:四姑娘山嘉绒酒店,晚19点举行技术说明会。

2015年11月6日,选手适应考察路线。

早上3:30 ,60公里组出发,关门时间20小时,

早上5点42公里和50公里出发,关门时间分别为13小时和16小时,

2015年11月8日,上午9点颁奖典礼,午餐后返回成都。

交通

到达中国四川阿坝小金县四姑娘山镇有以下几种方式: 

成都—都江堰—映秀—卧龙—四姑娘山镇(四姑娘山)此线路映秀至耿达段20公里目前为修路阶段,实行交通管制,7座以下小型客车及小金至成都运营大巴可通行。全程约230公里,用时约5-6小时,预计2016年全面恢复使用。

成都—雅安—宝兴—达维—四姑娘山镇(四姑娘山)此线路为山岭重丘3级公路,此线路泸定-丹巴段修路交通管制单进双出,全程约370公里。

成都—都江堰—汶川—理县—马尔康—小金—四姑娘山镇(四姑娘山)此线路路况较好,全程约490公里。

成都—雅安—泸定—丹巴—小金—四姑娘山镇(四姑娘山)此线路泸定-丹巴段修路交通管制单进双出,全程约530公里。

班车:预订组委会班车。

11月4日:13:00  ,5小时左右车程。发车地点:成都羊西线蜀汉路530号(地铁2号线羊犀立交站A1出口50米)成都艺家风格酒店停车场。

四姑娘山到成都班车

11月8日 9:00 时,发车地点:四姑娘山镇嘉绒阳光酒店或四姑娘山圣山大酒店,终点成都茶店子车站。

 

拼车:线路为:成都-映秀-卧龙-巴朗山-四姑娘山。5小时左右。都为正规小金县出租车,150元人民币一个座位,包车600元/车。拼车其他人由师傅自行解决。请提前一天联系,以便师傅安排车辆。

TRANSPORTATION

The repair work of the road at Yingxiu - Wolong - Mount Balangshan and the construction of the tunnel under Mount Balangshan are continued. The completion time was postponed in 2016. 

The ordinary vehicles are able to pass on the section at Mount Balangshan and Four Girls Mountains(pronounced "Sigunianshan" by Chinese). Only the small vehicles, truck and public bus are able to pass on the section at Yingxiu, Wolong and Mount Balangshan. After the completion of the several tunnels to avoid falling rocks in the section at Yingxiu and Wolong, a sightseeing bus is able to pass, too. And it will take about 4 hours fron Chengdu to Four Girls Mountains. 

The environmental assessment is continuously implemented about the car road from the Remains of the lamasery to Withered Tree Ford.

The investigation is continuously implemented about the ropeway to Guozhuangping Terrace.

训练指南/Training

高山反应

    高山知识绝不仅仅是对海拔高度数字的认知——海拔1000米的斯堪的纳维亚半岛属于高山地带,而在喜马拉雅山区海拔5000米才属于高山地带,海拔3500米以上的北美山区称为高山环境。高山症又称做高山反应、高原反应等。顾名思义,就是指当人体处在一定高海拔环境,在低压及缺氧的高山环境下,人体的生理出现各种不适症状的急性病理变化表现。它通常出现在海拔高度超过2500米以上的地区。

    一般高山症包括急性高山症(AMS-Acute Mountain Sickness)、高山肺水肿症(HAPE)、高山脑水肿症(HACE)等三大类,随着时间及环境的变化,高山症将可能继续发展成高山肺水肿症和高山脑水肿症等棘手问题,严重时将致死。

    由于人体在高山或高原地区(以5000米举例)的氧气浓度大约只有平地一半左右,而人类在高原或高山进行工作或登山等活动时,又必须使用大量的氧气借以生产所需的能量,因此身体在这种缺氧的环境下将因无法快速的从有氧代谢转换成无氧代谢状态,因而形成类急性缺氧的所有生理反应,包括血液重新分配到重要器官,如大脑、心脏及肺部等,造成部分组织溢血,部分组织缺血的不平衡状态,所产生一系列症状,包括头痛、晕眩,呕吐,紫疳、无力、昏迷等等问题。 

    根据国际调查统计,所有在旅游时所发生的非外伤性疾病中,高山症排名第三,同时也是致死率最高的非外伤疾病,尤其在高山活动或旅行时,最主要的安全问题也是高山症的发生。研究发现许多登山的失踪及山难,绝大多数都是先由高山症的先发生,继而影响登山者的行动方向或意识判断,最后使得误判路程及行动而发生不幸事件。

    一般来说,当处于2500米以上的高度,在时间超过六小时之后,许多高山症问题及症状将陆续发生,这除了是因人的耐缺氧能力、体能、能量消耗等因素之外,环境的变化也常常让人像冷水煮青蛙一般的忽略,这是因为在同样高度下,大气压力越远离赤道越低因此氧气的可用分压也越低,另外在冬天由于植物绿叶较少因此氧气浓度也比夏天低,同样地在晚上高山高原中的植物已从光合作用的无氧呼吸转变成耗氧的有氧呼吸,因此很多人在白天虽然勉强适应高山地区的环境,一到了晚上高山症就开始发作。

    高山症的发生取决于海拔高度、攀爬的上升速率、活动量与个人适应程度及健康状态有关。初期轻微的高山症可以视为良性症状,主要是提醒登山者或游客不要再持续登高,以免健康状况恶化,导致无法挽回的遗憾。

预防高山症的体能准备:强化心肌力量的体能

跑步:跑步是最接近登山的方式,也是最有效果的预防高山症的基本心脏功能训练方式,可以同时达成强化心肌力量的体能训练及降低无氧代谢耐力的训练。

骑行:如果膝盖曾经受伤或已老化的人,可以考虑采用以骑自行车的方式训练心脏功能,但最好选择上坡及高低起伏的路线,同时最少骑一个小时以上才能够会有效果。

游泳:游泳主要的好处在于可以同时训练心脏及肺脏的功能,若当登山者爬山时,常常上气不接下气的喘息,这种情况尤其是三千米以上的高山,更表现出无法呼吸的情况或者以前曾经发生过高山症的经验的登山者,那就建议多多以游泳做为训练方式,每次至少游一千米,相信对于登高山及高山症的预防将会改善许多。

徒步:徒步方式可以选择有坡度的环境,背点有重量的东西,再加上快步健走,其实就跟登山差不多;若没有这样的环境,那就只能加快步伐,来达到训练的效果,徒步方式做为训练方式时,每次至少须在一小时之内完成五千米的速度及每次须连续完成二小时的训练,这对于攀登高山时发生高山症的机率将会降低许多。

The athletes must understand which are their technical capacities and

experience to take part on a more or less technical race. And to train and

improve this capacities on training before taking part on a more technical

race (without counting the distance and elevation facts).

Mountain knowledges are not just about the altitude: High mountain (glacier) can

be at 1000m on Scandinavia, 3500m on the alps or 5000m on Himalayas or US.

Trail running is a mountain sport, Altitude should be considered starting from the classification proposed by Bartsch and accepted by the UIAA:

AMS: Acute Mountain Sickness Acute mountain sickness can progress to high altitude

pulmonary edema (HAPE) or high altitude cerebral edema (HACE), which are potentially fatal.

Also in high altitude the recovery time it decreases, the decisions taken is less lucid and we have less precision on the movements.

安全保障

1、运动员健康监控

通过报名筛选对运动员健康状况进行甄选与掌握;

在报到日与适应日对运动员进行基本体测,监控运动员身体状况,采取对应的措施;

在大峰大本营设置医疗站,为严重高原反应的运动员提供应急医疗服务。

2、运动员定位监控

使用“戈壁之眼”活动监控系统,通过卫星定位系统,实时掌握运动员位置与动向,及时纠正运动员偏离路线的情况,发生紧急状况时便于救援。

3、医疗保障

在四姑娘山镇办公室设置医疗站,为运动员提供体测、监控、预防和治疗。

在沿途设置应急医疗站,派驻医生值班,为出现体力衰竭、严重高反、外伤等情况的运动员提供应急医疗服务。

为赛道安全员、检查点工作人员进行急救培训,掌握基本急救技术,活动期间配备急救包,第一时间为出现意外的运动员提供应急处理。

4、补给保障

每个检查点除了提供打卡检查外,还为运动员提供热水、高能量食物、保暖装备、氧气及医疗用品等。部分检查点设置应急庇护所,为出现意外情况的运动员提供休息场所。

组委会为运动员提供装备运输,在大本营设置装备站,为运动员更换高山装备提供便利。

5、通讯保障

保证每个运动员和工作人员均持有电信手机(电信信号覆盖90%以上的比赛路线)。

检查点和巡查员配备无线电对讲机,实现分段通联畅通。

6、收容保障

设置收容点,为出现意外情况、状态不佳以及在关门时间后退赛的运动员提供收容和保障,配备协作和马匹,负责护送运输运动员返回日隆镇。

7、线路巡查

线路分段,尤其是路线复杂的地段,设置巡查员,负责沿途检查路标旗帜,指挥和引导运动员,并为出现意外情况的运动员提供协助。

8、线路标示

根据路线情况,分别使用旗帜、路牌、反光标示等多种形式的赛道指示系统。线路巡查员和其他工作人员实时进行检查,确保路线清晰正确。
